Shipping
At SugarFree Delights, we offer reliable delivery across Pakistan to ensure you receive your sugar-free products promptly!
- Shipping Costs: Our shipping rates vary based on package weight, ranging from Rs 200 to Rs 500.
- Processing Time: We process all orders within 1-5 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and email updates regarding your shipment.
- Delivery Time: Orders typically take 3 to 7 working days to be delivered, depending on your location within Pakistan.
We’ll keep you updated on your order’s progress through email notifications.
Returns
At SugarFree Delights, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not, we’re here to help:
- Return Policy: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Food and consumable products
- Opened or used items
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return Process: To begin a return, please contact us at hello@sugarfreedelights.pk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at hello@sugarfreedelights.pk.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at hello@sugarfreedelights.pk with details and photographs of the item. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received and approved, we’ll send a gift certificate to your email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
